Dr. OLUSEYI OLANREWAJU

Seyi is an accounting graduate from Yaba College of Technology and Oxford Brookes University UK, where he received HND – Accountancy and Finance and BSc – Applied Accounting respectively with flying colours. He is also an Alumni of Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria, where he bagged master’s in business administration (MBA) specializing in Financial Management and University of Leicester, UK, where he bagged MSc in Finance. Also had a PhD Accounting from Charisma University, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies, UK.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA (AICPA–The Association), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), Institute of Certified Cost Management of Nigeria (ICCMN), Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, The Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria (SFCG) and Association of Forensic Accounting Researchers (AFAR).
Seyi is a seasoned IFRS/IPSAS expert and respected analyst on Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting matters, with over twenty (20) years practical training experience spanning virtually across all sections of business endeavor and the academics. He has attended several trainings on Auditing, Leadership, Corporate Governance, Strategy, Marketing, Budgeting & Planning, Financial Accounting & Strategic Business Reporting, IFRS, IPSAS and Management in Nigeria (including Lagos Business School – LBS) and overseas. He anchored the IFRS Conversion projects for over 10 major companies in Nigeria and has trained over 25,000 Chartered Accountants at different gatherings both within and outside Nigeria. He is an international figure recognised for his prowess on IFRS, General Accounting/Reporting and Corporate Governance. He has been privileged to train and work in such places as Segun Adelanwa & Co (Chartered Accountants), ExxonMobil Nigeria Unlimited, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Chartered Accountants), Zenith Bank Plc and MTN Nigeria Communications Limited, where he was the pioneer head Treasury Operations, the pioneer Technical Accounting Manager (IFRS/IPSAS Specialist) and the Assistant Treasurer, MTN Nigeria Multipurpose Cooperative Society. He was the Senior Financial Operations Manager/Leader, General Electric Company (GE), USA. He was the team lead of IFRS conversion (implementation) committee in MTN Nigeria, GE Nigeria and IS Internet Solutions and, has been involved in IFRS conversion assignments for major companies in Nigeria. He was the President of Mustard Seed Investment Club (MUSIC) and President of Professional Accountancy Students’ Society, Yaba College of Technology (PASS), Chairman/General Secretary, Association of Accountancy Tuition Centers of Nigeria (AATC) and Auditor of Magodo Phase1 Gateway Zone CDA, Lagos. He is the current chairman of CIMA UK, Nigeria Branch. He was the Director of Finance (Board Member)/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of IS InternetSolutions Limited – Nigeria, a subsidiary of Dimension Data (Pty), South Africa (member of NTT Group Japan) and the Vice President, Finance and Administration, KONGA Online Shopping Limited – The largest online shopping mall in Africa. Seyi was appointed Finance Director & Executive Head of Department – Finance (CFO), Vodacom Business Nigeria, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Vodacom Group, South Africa, also a member of the Vodafone Group, UK. He was also promoted as the Acting Managing Director of the same company. He was the Country Chief Financial Officer – Mixta Nigeria and Now the Chief Financial Officer, TSL.
Seyi has tremendous passion for imparting knowledge to the would-be accounting (students) and finance professionals preparing for ICAN, ACCA, CIS, AICPA, CIMA and CFA examinations and existing professionals. He has been lecturing for the above Institutes’ examinations on continuous basis for over twenty (20) years i.e 40 diets and has lectured in virtually all training centers in Lagos-Nigeria, namely: Students’ PYE Nigeria Limited, Mayo Associates, Royal Tutors, WYSE Associates, Safe Associates, Synergy Professionals, SPEECS Tutors, Custom Street Associates (CSA), CBA Academy, ABS Tutors, PASS Center, Executive Business School (EBS), Yaba College of Technology, Risk Free Standard Associates Limited, Leverage Associates Limited, XeroCube Professionals, Rome Business School and Babcock University, Nigeria. He is also a major resource person to ICAN, ACCA and CIS examination revision programmes and at KANO/CALABAR special ICAN centres. His specialty is in Auditing, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Analysis. He is popularly referred to by his students as “MASSATTACK”. He is a regular guest speaker at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Mandatory Continuous Professional Education (MCPE) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants’ (ACCA) Continuing Professional Developments (CPD), Seminars, Workshops and a faculty to major training outfits in Nigeria. He is also a member ICAN Annual Accountants Conference Transition Committee, member ICAN Annual Accountants Conference Committee, member of ICAN Mutual Cooperation Agreement with Tertiary Institutions Implementation and Monitoring Committee (MCATII&MC), member – ICAN Strategy, Advocacy and Performance Tracking Committee, member – ICAN Strategy Committee, member of the ICAN Members’ Education and Training Committee and an external monitor on IFRS Trainings for ICAN. He is the author and co-author of two textbooks: “IFRS Pal – Handy Approach” (the first indigenous textbook on IFRS in Nigeria) and “Executorship, Trusts, Law and Accounts” (ETLA) respectively. Seyi has worked with some professional institutes in developing the students study packs and contributed chapters in various textbooks. Seyi was awarded for his outstanding contributions over the years to accountancy development in Nigeria by ACCA, outstanding contribution to the 44th Annual Accountants Conference, as the most outstanding PASS Ambassador by the Professional Accountancy Students’ Society (PASS), Yaba College of Technology and CFO of the Year – Telecoms Category 2016, 2018 & 2019. He is recognized by ICAN as a “Notable ICAN Member”, He has also won several awards on Fraud Detection, Process Improvement, Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring etc. in the companies he has worked. He recently received Africa Influencer Award 2020. Also awarded for service to humanity by the Rotary Club of Ogudu GRA – District 9110.
Seyi enjoy meeting people, coaching, mentoring, socializing (A member of Ikoyi Club 1938), reading and teaching/facilitating. He is happily married to Kofoworade Olanrewaju and blessed with wonderful children.
He is also a co-founder and Executive Chairman of Risk Free Standard Associates Limited and XeroCube Professional Concepts, foremost accredited ICAN & ACCA tuition providers. He also sits on the board on many companies as Non-Executive Director

Ade Adekoya is an accounting graduate from Babcock University, Ilisan Remo, Ogun state, the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State and Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo, Lagos State where he bagged PhD,Msc, Bsc, HND and OND in accounting respectively. He is also an Alumni of Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State,where he obtained Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Ade is a trained lecturer, Accountant, Auditor and Financial Analyst. He is a member of the following professional bodies:-

Ade has chosen public sector as a career. His experience in the Public Sector is over 25yrs and he is presently Director of Account in Lagos State civil service. He is presently a Council treasurer and had worked as Internal Auditor, Area Treasurer, Principal Accountant at various Local Government services in Lagos State for the past 25years. He has attended several trainings on public sector accounting, leadership, finance and managerial courses in Nigeria and abroad. Ade is a born teacher, who has passion for imparting knowledge. Emmanuel Ogunrinbokun is a trained teacher, accountant, computer expert and an economist. He started his career as a teacher from the cradle at God’s Gift Nursery and Primary School, Abule Oja as the school’s pioneer teacher in the year 1998 and currently a Lecturer at Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka and University of Benin degree programme affiliated to Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka.

Ogunmeru, Oluwabunmi Atinuke, is popularly known as GURESS among her students both at the University of Lagos and ICAN professional classes. She is the first female lecturer, in the ICAN professional tuition centres, to have lectured continuously for 9 years and still lecturing
She started her teaching career from the cradle class in the year 1995. She qualified as an Associate Accounting Technician in 1998. She continued her education career and graduated with B.Sc. Accounting in 2003 from the prestigious University of Lagos. Her quest for greater height took her back to school in 2007 for Masters Degree. She graduated in 2008 with Masters Degree in Accounting from the same University of Lagos. She also qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant in the same year 2008.
She later joined Ariyo Fatai & Co. Chartered Accountants as Audit Supervisor from 2008 to 2010. She stared her professional teaching from Student Pye in 2009 and later moved to Risk Free Standards Associate (The Pace Setter). She proceeded to join the changed team to restructure Union Bank of Nigeria Plc from 2010 to 2011. Still not satisfied, she resigned her appointment in the banking industry and joined University of Lagos as academic staff, to give back to the society that has invested so much in her.
She is currently a lecturer at the department of Accounting, faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos. She is an adjunct lecturer at Distance Learning Institute, University of Lagos. She is the subject coordination for Accounting in the School of Foundation Studies, University of Lagos. She is a resource person for Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB). She is currently on her PhD program. She is a resource person for the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. She is an expert in Cost Accounting, Performance Management and Strategic Financial Management. She is an ex-officio of the Association of Accounting Tuition Centres.
Oluwabunmi enjoys teaching, dancing, watching football and serving God. She is blessed with a lovely daughter, currently at the University of Lagos, studying Law
She is also one of the Directors of Risk Free Standards Associates Limited (A financial and Accountancy Tuition Centre).
